In January 2018, I spearheaded copy for a public space-based ad campaign our team pitched for Kenmore’s new smart appliances. This campaign was intended to highlight Sears’ delivery as well as key product features—all using a bold, inspirational new brand voice.
SEARS: TRUSTMARKED
In early 2018, I also helped lead copy strategy for a new campaign called Trustmarked. This campaign was pitched as a way to build on Sears’ longstanding reputation for reliable products. These products, hand-selected by our shoppers, were to be highlighted for overall durability and value and backed by a special 120-day guarantee.
